Coming on site allows you to see the products up close and personal to help you make the best decision. Our 3,000 sq/ft facility has room for multiple cars to be stored safely inside while we perform our services. The first and foremost reason you should choose LightWerkz is the quality of parts and craftsmanship supplied in our conversions; and as a result, you will achieve the best performance and longevity in your lighting conversion. The parts used in our conversions are OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or aftermarket parts chosen to meet or exceed OEM standards. In general, most OEM parts will have better construction over an aftermarket parts, but that doesn't mean our aftermarket parts are inferior. We choose only the best aftermarket products to be featured in our offerings; if it doesn't meet our expectations in quality it quickly gets removed from our product line. Remember you get what you pay for. Never settle for inferior substitutes that other companies may be offering for too good to be true prices.
Promptness
Ultimately, we want to provide the customer with the fastest turn around time in the business; without any extra costs. Most other headlight companies feature a one-man time, so services can be delayed when there are many projects to do at once. LightWerkz is made up of 4 team members that share the responsibilities of getting your final product out promptly.
Services such as painting are sometimes turned around in 1 business day and shipped out the next, other services such as HID Projector Retrofitting will require additional time, anywhere from 2-5 days depending on how familiar we are with the modifications involved. We try to respond to emails within 24 hours but due to the overwhelming amount of emails received on a daily basis, it is possible it may take longer. Please do not send follow up emails unless it has been longer then 72 hours.
Services
We offer something for each and every customer, no matter what type of budget you are working with! Modifications that would make the lights more visually appealing would consist of custom colored housings, removal of amber reflectors, and angel eyes. Modifications that will actually improve the way the lights perform are called HID Projector Retrofits, which means that new high performance projectors are retrofitted into another car for better light performance, wider beam spread, a nicely defined cutoff line with plenty of color, and of course all while improving safety. We even offer repair and installation services on site.
We provide a various amount of different services & products but our main focus is that the possibilities are endless. Just because you do not see something you would have hoped to see on the website, does not mean it cannot be done. We will be happy to discuss in detail the costs and our thoughts about any particular proposed project. All conversions are tested before anything is released to the customer. Before any final products leave our shop, we check for any smudges, scuffs, fingerprints, and even make sure the insides of the housings are dust free. After, we test the conversion to make sure the output/cutoff line is correct and fully adjustable to make sure you get the most performance out of your setup. We will never give you a final product that has not been properly tested; that's the bottom line. After all the checks are performed we make sure to package the lamps in a way so they will not be damaged in transit.
